Gather.com

I recently read about a site called Gather from a blog I read, called Paid Opportunities, you can check that blog out under "Blogs I Read". Anyway, so I go to gather and attempt to sign up, it tells me the e-mail is already used. So then I realize I must have already joined at some point! So I requested my login information and once I logged in I got started looking around, and updated my profile.

This is a pretty cool site, you can write articles and blogs, upload videos and pictures, comment on other people's content, create groups, etc. And in the process you get points for pretty much everything you do. Once you get so many points you can exchange them for gift certificates, and even paypal payments of up to $100!

So far I have only made 61 points, but I haven't been as active as I'd like, there is the potential to make some good points on the site. I will definitely be posting more about gather as I earn points, and definitely when I am able to cash out for the first time! Personally, I am aiming towards that $100 in paypal, but that is the most expensive payout, at 6,250 points!
